TMD were appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the refurbishment of a former factory located in Clerkenwell.

The former factory was refurbished to incorporate mixed use accommodation across five storeys with commercial units at ground floor and luxury residential suites to the upper floors.

The works included a full internal and external refurbishment with structural alterations to provide four duplex penthouses designed as contemporary warehouse living spaces above the commercial and residential units.
