TMD was appointed to undertake the role of Architect and Employer’s Agent to project manage the comprehensive Cat A office refurbishment of a 15,000 ft² office building.

The works were procured under a Design & Build JCT Contract under a single stage tender.

Amongst TMD’s design responsibilities was the relocation and restoration of the existing helical stairs spanning from ground to lower floor level, which provided a feature piece to the refurbished entrance reception.

The external lightwells were refurbished to provide ambient urban garden terraces for the building’s occupant.

Shortly after Practical Completion the building was successfully let to a bluechip client in the fashion industry to be used as their new HQ.
