TMD was appointed as Project Manager and Employer’s Agent for the external and internal refurbishment of the ground, first and second floors and common parts of these commercial premises in Southwark.

The project was completed in two phases and involved repairs to elevations, including window replacement, internal refurbishment of the office and retail space and overhaul of the sanitary facilities and ground floor entrance and reception area.
