TMD was appointed as Project Manager and Contract Administrator of the fit out of Padella, a new Borough Market restaurant by the management team behind the celebrated Trullo restaurant in Islington.

TMD obtained planning consent on behalf of the client and managed works on site over the course of a 20 week programme. We worked closely with the client to manage variations during the site works and the fit out was completed in time for the restaurant’s grand opening in March 2016.
