TMD was appointed as project manager and contract administrator for the refurbishment and extensive extension of this detached four bedroom house.

Works included the complete replacement of all building services, new finishes internally, audio visual systems throughout, replacement of all windows, and external landscaping.

Working closely with the client’s interior designer and landscape architect, the works were completed to a very high standard creating a very modern and practical home for the client.
