ABOUT:

Ian joined TMD in 2023 as a Senior Building Surveyor, having previously worked extensively with historic buildings across the commercial, education, tourism, residential and public sectors.

Ian specialises in historic building conservation, Project Management, Contract Administration, acting as Lead Consultant, and defect diagnosis.

In addition to his professional work, Ian is involved with supporting candidates through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
