ABOUT:

Alex joined the team in 1997 as an intern and completed his university sandwich course in 2002. Having completed this, Alex then joined TMD permanently as a graduate surveyor working his way up to Director in 2014 and becoming an Equity Director in 2018.

Alex specialises in acting as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent and Lead Designer, on projects ranging from a few thousand to several million pounds. Alex has a extensive experience in both the commercial and residential sectors and has overseen a number of educational sector projects on behalf of university clients.

In addition to his professional work, Alex provides mentoring assistance within the practice to our junior staff when they are completing their RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
