ABOUT:

In 1991, Neil founded TMD Building Consultancy and acted as Chairman Director until 2018 where he stepped down and became a Consultant to TMD.  Neil has a vast amount of experience dealing with projects ranging in size and value and specialises in all aspects of building surveying.
