2nd Floor, 95 Southwark Street: Cat A+

TMD are delighted that Practical Completion has been achieved for the Cat A+ refurbishment of the 2nd floor office at 95 Southwark Street.

The client brief was to refurbish the office space to a high standard incorporating modern finishes and provide an enhanced fit out to allow a ‘plug and play’ scenario for an incoming tenant.

Works included a full strip out of the existing finishes, adapting and refurbishing the M&E services, and creating a new layout to include an open plan office with meetings rooms, break out spaces and collaboration areas. The works also included feature lighting, lockers, a full suite of furniture and new on-trend finishes throughout. The existing roof terrace was comprehensively refurbished to provide a contemporary external social space.

Daniel Quinlan and Michael Spruell from TMD led the project undertaking the roles of architect, project manager and employer’s agent. Aberdeen Standard Investments acted as the Asset Managers for the building.
