70,000 ft² Warehouse Huntingdon – Project Completion

We are delighted that completion has been achieved for the refurbishment of a 70,000ft² warehouse in Huntingdon.

Works included over-spraying of the roofs, replacing the gutters, and cleaning of the roof lights together with a full internal repair, redecoration, and reinstatement of the 3no. terrace warehouse units and office areas.

TMD’s Daniel Quinlan undertook the role of Project Monitoring Surveyor on behalf of the landlord and worked with the tenant project team to deliver an excellent project.

TMD also dealt with the dilapidations matters with the outgoing tenant.
