90,000ft2 distribution warehouse, Works completed

We are delighted that Practical Completion has been achieved for the refurbishment of the 90,000ft2 distribution warehouse as part of a pre-let to the incoming tenant for our client. Works include over-spraying of the elevations, replacement roof lights, and cleaning of the roof together with a full internal refurbishment of both the warehouse and office areas. Close liaison was required with the tenant to organise partial handovers and was a shining example of how all parties fully cooperated with one another to achieve all requirements under a tight timescale.

TMD’s David Copsey and Edward Shillingford ( aka Ed the shed !) undertook the roles of Project Managers, Employer’s Agent and Architectural roles. Great team effort amongst the professional team, the tenant’s team and the main contractor, MCS. See the action shots during the refurbishment programme.

TMD also dealt with the dilapidations matters with the outgoing tenant and undertook the pre-acquisition survey a few years back.
