TMD was delighted to have acted for both the Landlord and Tenant for this combined 17,000 Cat A and B refurbishment and fit-out project. TMD undertook the roles of, project management, employer’s agent, and architectural duties for the project, working in conjunction with the tenant’s interior designer.

In addition to the main internal and external scheme, works also included converting a former external document store to form a shower block and a new external terrace and installation of a commercial kitchen.

The building has been transformed to create a fantastic working environment for the tenant, and it is great to hear positive feedback from the staff.
