TMD are delighted to be involved in the major refurbishment of the 100,000ft2 former chilled warehouse on behalf of CCLA Investment Management. The project involves a significant strip-out package of works, overcladding the roof, replacing all loading bay equipment and Cat A office refurbishment.

TMD’s David Copsey and Lee Baldwin are undertaking the roles of project management, employer’s agent and architectural.

Works are cracking on and due for completion in Summer 2024.
