Caroline Blake Celebrates 22 years at TMD

“I joined TMD as a Secretary on 31st July 2000 having come from a General Practice background. 22 years on I am now the Personal Assistant to David Copsey, the Managing Director.

My favourite project to date has been a large town centre redevelopment that has been undertaken over the past 5 years. It was good to be challenged to step out of my comfort zone and during the course of the project I worked independently and closely with the client and client lawyers in the finalisation of all consultant appointments and financial reporting.

I love the variety that my job brings as no two days are the same. I am pleased to say that I work alongside some amazing colleagues and clients, some of whom were here when I first started.”
