Costa Coffee, Centrum Retail Park, Burton-on-Trent

TMD are delighted to announce the completion of a new drive through Costa Coffee unit at the Centrum East Retail Park, Burton-on-Trent on behalf of Abrdn.

Ed Hensman and David Copsey from TMD led the project, undertaking the roles of architect, project manager and employer’s agent, whilst Watkins Payne Partnership were the services consultant, Nolans the civil and structural engineer and Novus Property Solutions acted as main contractor.
