David Lloyd Leisure Centre in Bury St Edmunds

Great news with Practical Completion having been achieved for the new build David Lloyd Leisure Centre in Bury St Edmunds. TMD had the privilege of acting as the monitoring surveyor on behalf of abrdn who are now the proud owners of the site.

The new build project on a greenfield site within the Marham Park residential development comprised the main building incorporating the gym, exercise classrooms, café, creche, sports hall, spa, indoor pools and changing facilities. Externally, padel courts, tennis courts, outdoor spa, a children’s play area and a sauna are provided along with the main car park. This all provides for fantastic facilities for the local community and has been designed and constructed to a very high standard.
