Works are now on site and are progressing well for this Cat A Grade A 25,000ft2 office refurbishment scheme.

Works include the replacement of all MEPH services and a change in base build design philosophy to move the mechanical services from the below floor to the ceiling void. The works are also subject to a BREEAM Assessment. Works are due to finish in November 2022 and are on schedule to do so.

TMD’s David Copsey and Edward Shillingford are undertaking the roles of Project Manager, Employer’s agent and Architectural for the Fund client.

TMD also prepared the schedule of dilapidations and agreed the settlement with the outgoing tenant.
