Gloucester Business Park

It was great to see the progress made during our recent inspection of the 25,000ft2 office building’s Cat A refurbishment. The building looks even better against the backdrop of the blue sky!

We are now counting down to the completion date and are getting ready for the 1st new tenant to start their fit-out works soon after. We are also excited to have been asked to be involved in that process.

TMD is responsible for project management, employer’s agent, and architectural services.
