Imperial Court – Roof Works

TMD are very pleased to have taken on the role of Specifier, Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Principal Designer.

Works commenced in late October to a large apartment block in Vauxhall, London following the existing roof membranes approaching end of life and multiple leaks occurring through the roof.

The first phase of the works is progressing well with the existing membrane stripped up, and new Vapour Control Layer being installed with tapered insulation above to suit the existing drainage outlets. Extra care is being taken to ensure the roof remains water tight during the changeable weather with the works running on programme despite the weather.
