Jo Shannon, Director at TMD celebrates 5 years at TMD

“I joined TMD in 2017 as the Finance and HR Manager, and then latterly in 2019, I was appointed on to the Board of Directors.

Since then, my role has evolved, and as well as the HR and financial side, I am now responsible for all Commercial elements, as well as Compliance and Marketing.

I feel extremely lucky to have joined a company that celebrates and encourages both personal and professional growth and who look to have a positive impact on their staff. I am looking forward to all the exciting projects and opportunities that myself and TMD will be involved in, in the future. “
