New Care Home, Hertfordshire

TMD is acting as the Funder’s monitoring surveyor for this new-built care home in Hertfordshire; we are also undertaking the same role for a few similar projects.

Despite the challenging site, construction work has progressed well over the past few weeks. The facilities planned for the residents are expected to be exceptional, and we are eagerly anticipating the completion of the project.
