New Starter – Ben Bannerman

Ben has spent the last fifteen years gaining experience in London at Cushman and Wakefield and BNP Paribas, specialising in dilapidations negotiations and managing refurbishment projects for investor clients. His work spans across different sectors, including commercial, industrial, residential, and education, and he has even worked on Grade I listed buildings, some of which date back to as early as 1138.

He enjoys working on instructions of all sizes and once worked on a £75m redevelopment scheme. With a BA Hons in Geography and History and a post-graduate degree in Building Surveying, he became a qualified RICS member in 2011.

Passionate about the industry, Ben has previously chaired the Building Surveying Network and mentors younger surveyors in the industry.

He is thrilled to embark on the next phase of his career and join TMD Building Consultancy Ltd.
