New Starter – Ian Pritchard

TMD are excited to welcome the new Senior Building Surveyor in our Oxford office, Ian Pritchard.

Ian has worked extensively with historic buildings across the commercial, education, tourism, residential and public sectors, whilst specialising in Historic Building Preservation, Project Management, Contract Administration, acting as Lead Consultant and defect diagnosis.

In addition to his professional work, Ian is involved with supporting candidates through the RICS Assessment of Professional Competence and has gained multiple qualifications including memberships at both The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors and The Institute for Historic Building Conservation.
