Office Refurbishment, Gloucester

After undertaking PM/EA and Architectural duties for the refurbishment of this c 30,000 sq ft building in Gloucester, TMD was also appointed for the same roles in respect of the Cat B fit out the c10.000 sq. ft top floor office for the first incoming tenant.

We produced the CGI images below before the fit-out works, fine-tuning the project specifications with the client to achieve the desired result: a modern and minimalistic design, combining neutral colours and sleek furniture to create a welcoming atmosphere.
