Practical Completion Achieved at 217 Bath Road, Slough

We’re delighted that the major refurbishment works to this 81,000ft2 office has now achieved Practical Completion. Works included some significant structural works to partially infill the atrium and to create a new roof top extension to create a café and roof terrace, together with a new Gym, full refurbishment of the office floors and extensive landscaping works. The original buff coloured brickwork was also painted to create a striking looking building.

The building has achieved 3* accreditation for Fitwel (with what we understand to be the current highest score in the UK) and BREEAM “Excellent” rating.

Lee Baldwin and David Copsey undertook the roles of Project Manager and Employer’s agent on behalf of EPIC. As ever there was a great professional team involved including Stiff and Trevillion, Gleeds, Hive Consultants, Fairhurst and Camlins. Overbury undertook the main contracting role.
