Practical completion at 28 Austin Friars

We are delighted that practical completion has been achieved at 28 Austin Friars following the refurbishment works. This included providing new showers at lower ground floor level, refurbishment of office floors including linking ground and lower ground floors plus the refurbishment of the reception and toilets. The building has been transformed to create a modern office environment.

TMD’s Joe Semple and David Copsey undertook the PM/EA/QS and Architectural roles on behalf of the building owner. Great to hear very positive feedback from the agent’s marketing event that was well attended.
