Practical Completion at Stratford Studios, Stratford

TMD are delighted to have acted as the Fund’s monitoring surveyor on behalf of Abrdn for the conversion of an original office block complex to form 158 one-bedroom apartments as part of a PRS scheme. The project recently achieved Practical Completion.

Our MD, David Copsey, undertook the role on behalf of Abrdn over a 2-year period assisting in the early days with the Development Agreement and agreeing on specifications through to the project completion. Works included converting the office blocks to form the apartments, full external repairs and roof covering replacement and creating both internal and external amenity areas. The end result is great and good to hear about the level of interest shown in the apartments.
