Practical Completion on refurbished 7000ft2 Warehouse on Behalf of Abrdn

We are delighted that Practical Completion has been achieved for the refurbishment of the 7000ft2 warehouse on behalf of Abrdn

Ed Hensman managed the project and undertook the Contract Administration, Project Management and Architectural roles.

The works included refurbishment of the metal roof coverings, re-lining of the gutters, external and internal repair and redecoration, installation of new tea points and refurbishment of the WC’s and the office refurbishment.
