Simon Bayley – New Starter

TMD is pleased to welcome Simon Bayley as a Senior Building Surveyor to their Oxford team. Simon achieved his MRICS Chartership in 2020 and has experience working on both the client side and within a multidisciplinary consultancy in London.

Simon is excited to join the TMD team, where he will contribute to a range of construction projects and provide building surveying services to TMD’s clients.

He brings expertise in historic building conservation, building pathology, lead design coordination and project management.
