Tim Horton Cafe, Fareham

TMD were delighted to have acted for Lothian Pension Fund to undertake Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Architectural duties for the new Tim Horton unit. The new unit makes fantastic use of the former area of wasteland to the front of the retail park, as can be seen from the before and after photos. The works involved diverting below-ground services to make way for the car park and new drive-through café unit.

Great working with the team and a good collaborative approach between the Landlord and tenant to get the scheme to completion.
