Unit 12 Newtons Court, Crossways Business Park, Dartford

We’re delighted that Practical Completion has been achieved for the refurbishment of the 70,000ft2 former fruit ripening distribution warehouse on behalf of Abrdn. Our David Copsey and Ed Hensman ran the project for TMD and undertook the PM/EA and Architectural roles.

Works included a significant amount of internal demolition works to create the open plan warehouse and the construction of a new warehouse toilet block. A full Cat A office refurbishment scheme was also undertaken. Externally, the dated green trims were oversprayed and roof overclad and PV panels added. A new level entry loading bay was formed together with replacing the loading bay equipment.

The EPC was improved from a C rating to an A rating.
