Works Completed at Abacus House, Cambridge

TMD are thrilled to showcase the completed refurbishment works at Abacus House, Castle Park, Cambridge.

TMD was appointed Project Manager, Employer’s Agent and Architect for the refurbishment and extension of the circa 19,000ft2 office building.  Works included constructing front and rear full height extensions to create additional NIA and improved circulation within the building, refurbishment of the offices, common areas, toilets, reception area together with creating new showers and an external cycle store.  The external fabric was also refurbished with new roof coverings throughout.  The front and rear external grounds were renovated to modernise the approach to the building and surrounding areas.
