ABOUT:

Niall joined the London surveying team in February 2025 as a Building Surveyor. Having completed his BSc Hons in Building Surveying, he graduated in 2020 at Anglia Ruskin University.

Since his graduation, he has gained valuable experience in predominantly public sector work, notably undertaking project management and contract administrative duties for the NHS, DWP and State Schools.

In the private sector, his work centered around commercial office fit outs. He has also accumulated experience conducting a variety of survey types over the past 4 years from standard condition and defect surveys to 6-Facet, PPM and Dilapidation assessments.
