TMD was initially instructed to produce a feasibility study for the alteration and remodelling of the basement of FA Premier League’s head office at Gloucester Place, London W1.

This included the refurbishment of the existing facilities and staff break out area and creation of a new ladies WC.

The feasibility scheme was approved and TMD was appointed to project manage the works on site.
