TMD was appointed to undertake the role of Architect and Contract Administrator for the comprehensive Cat A and Cat B office refurbishment of a 10,000ft2 Grade II Listed Building.

The works included structural alterations and full interior design including procurement of furniture and IT equipment. A new spiral staircase and damp proofing works were undertaken to the basement area and the upper floors were strip back to brickwork before undertaking a comprehensive refurbishment, which included the installation of a structural glass deck o form an outside courtyard with the rear lightwell.

Following successful completion of the works, TMD coordinated and managed the client taking occupation of the building.
