Our client acquired the unit in a shell and core condition at ground and basement level within a framed residential building.

The unit was refurbished and fitted out to create a hairdressing salon and the works included structural alterations; damp proofing; repairs; new mechanical; electrical and public health services; provision of bespoke stairs; joinery; finishes; and a new shopfront.
