TMD acted as Contract Administrator, Architectural Designers and Cost Consultant for the complete refurbishment of the sixth floor of the property providing contemporary office space with new HVAC services. The design included the structural alteration of the external facades in order to create external terrace areas with views over Mayfair.

The project was delivered with a high standard of finishes and led to a new tenant shortly after works were completed.

There were five floors of occupied office accommodation below the site area and the management of works was key to keeping disruption to a minimum.
