TMD were appointed to undertake the roles of project management and employer’s agent together with full architectural duties for the full internal and external Cat A refurbishment of this 66,600ft2 office building and multi-deck car park that has been transformed into a modern office on behalf of CCLA Investment Management.

Works also included extending a lift to serve 4th floor and converting part of the roof level plant room to form a shower block.  An EPC rating of A has also been achieved.
