TMD was appointed by a leading firm of pension fund managers as Contract Administrator, Architect and Quantity Surveyor for the complete refurbishment of this industrial unit located on a vibrant industrial estate close to Gatwick Airport.

Works included internal layout alterations, roof replacement, external façade decoration, asbestos material removal and new MEP services throughout. Works were completed within the original programme of 10 weeks and within the project works budget. The modernised unit was then successfully let to a new tenant.
