TMD was appointed as Lead Consultant for the refurbishment and extension of the Owners & Trainers Facility.

The works included the part demolition and extension of the existing structure, installation of new bar and food servery, and new finishes and services throughout.

TMD project managed the works to carefully ensure the racecourse continued to function whilst allowing the works to progress and meet the client’s race day deadline and grand opening of the facility.
