TMD was initially instructed to act as a monitoring surveyor for the new build office that Tees Law has agreed to occupy.

Following the completion of the base build works, TMD was instructed to undertake the project manager, employer’s agent, architectural & principle designer roles for the 18,000ft2 cat B fit out project.

Fit out works included a new reception, meeting rooms, tea points and break out areas to create tees law’s new headquarters; as designed by TMD’s in-house architectural team. Works were undertaken under a JCT design & build contract & completed on time and on budget.
