With in-house architectural technicians, TMD are fortunate enough to be able to integrate this as part of a project. Combining this with detailed specification production, tendering to approved contractors, and undertaking administration of contracts, TMD can provide a full management service of projects from start to finish.
Contract Administration / Employer’s Agent
Working on projects that range from a few thousand pounds to in excess of £70M, across various different sectors, TMD are able to provide contract administration services and play an employer’s agent role for such projects ranging from a few thousand pounds to in excess of £70m across many different sectors.
Regardless of the size or value of project, the team have extensive experience in administering contracts with great attention to detail and care.
Project Monitoring

Cost Management
Our building consultancy team and chartered surveyors understand that effective cost management is crucial to the success and performance of a client’s property assets.
We often provide a cost management service in line with our project management and contract administrator/employer’s agent role. This allows us to provide a flexible approach ensuring we balance requirements between cost, quality and time.
