ABOUT:

Simon joined TMD in January 2025 as a Senior Building Surveyor. He has extensive experience in historic building conservation, building pathology, lead design coordination, and project management.

Simon achieved his MRICS chartership in 2020 and has previous experience working both on the client side for the National Trust; undertaking building surveying duties including condition surveys, conservation repair, maintenance works and cottage refurbishments, and within a multidisciplinary consultancy in London providing lead design services on UK Parliament projects.
