ABOUT:

Will Du Gard joined TMD in 2024 as a Senior Building Surveyor, achieving his RICS chartership in December 2022. He brings experience in contract administration, preparation of specifications, building pathology, pre-acquisition surveys and the preparation of party wall awards.

Prior to TMD, Will worked in the high-end residential sector, undertaking a variety of Building surveying roles including contract administrator for cyclical maintenance and pre-purchase surveys.
